Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Queen of the Trailer Park. We hope you love the items you purchased, but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for different sizes. If the item you purchased is no longer in stock due to changing inventory, we will issue you a store credit to be used on another item. Please contact us immediately with all return requests via email at crosses4you@yahoo.com

Merchandise must be returned in original condition, cannot be used or damaged. The return/exchange must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your order, no exceptions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of the item or items being returned. If exchanging for a different size, the customer is responsible and will be invoiced a $5 shipping fee for the exchange that we will ship back to you. If we no longer have the size you desire, due to changing inventory, a store credit or gift card will be issued for you to use in the future. We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

The following items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: Sale items, Jewelry, and Accessories, and ALL ART or custom orders.
